Christian ANGSEESING is the Founder and Executive Director of Executive International Services. Christian is a Chartered Company Secretary and a Chartered Governance Professional from the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland. Christian holds more than 30 years of experience as Company Secretary. He has been the Managing Director of Executive Services, the sister company which administers more than 500 domestic companies including companies listed on the Mauritius Stock Exchange. Christian sits on the Board of Directors of the Airport of Mauritius Ltd since 2021 and was previously a Director of Air Mauritius Ltd. He is a founder member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators ( Mauritius Branch )

Didier ANGSEESING is the Chief Executive Officer of Executive International Services. Didier has been heading Executive Accounting Ltd, an entity which is part of the Executive Services Group and which provides accountancy, payroll, tax advice and consultancy services to both local and international clients. Didier is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ÄCCA") and a CFA ("Chartered Financial Analyst”) Chaterholder.

Mrs. Mary Anne Philips is a practising Attorney since 1995. She holds a Maîtrise en droit from Academie Ex Marseille and previously worked in the banking sector as in-house lawyer of the BNPI Group and in the insurance sector. She specialises in company law, commercial law, bankruptcy law, insurance, financial services and banking as well as civil law. She has previously held the position of member and Vice-Chairperson of the Financial Services Commission of Mauritius from 2005 to 2014.

Jessica NAGA is an independent director of Executive International Services. Jessica is a FinTech barrister and entrepreneur. She is the Group CEO MINDEX Group of companies which includes MINDEX Digital Custodian Limited, the first licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider of Mauritius. She also acts for a wide range of clients including private and public companies, banks, investment funds. Jessica is admitted as practising barrister at the Bar of England and Wales; and Mauritius.

Emmanuelle Angseesing has a decade of experience in the Company Secretarial environment. She holds a degree in International Business from RMIT, Australia, and has completed the Financial Crime Compliance Programme with the Financial Services Institute. Emmanuelle is also an affiliated member of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland (CGIUKI).

She currently serves as an Executive Director on the Board of Executive Services Ltd, where she specializes in corporate secretarial advisory.
